We want you to love every cup of coffee you receive from us. While we don't accept returns due to the nature of our products, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong. Here's how we handle order issues:
🔁 Replacements & Order Issues
✅ If We Made a Mistake
If you receive the wrong item, grind, or labeling error, we’ll send a corrected order at no cost to you. Just reach out with your order number and the issue — we’ll make it right, fast.
🧾 If You Made a Mistake
Entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong product? No worries — you can place a new order, and we’ll prioritize it. However, the cost of the new order will be your responsibility.
📦 If It's No One's Fault (e.g. Lost, Stolen, or Carrier Issues)
Sometimes things go sideways during shipping. If a package is lost or stolen, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. If you choose to send a replacement, we’ll cover the cost of the coffee (up to $25), and you’ll cover shipping.
